ORDER PROCESSING:

 

Please allow 24 HOURS to process your order. Expect an email within 2 HOURS to let you know your order is on the way!

 

Orders placed before 16.00 will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking

information.

 

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

 

Orders are generally shipped within 6 HOURS using ROYAL MAIL - delivery standard is 2 - 7 days]. Varied rate shipping fees starting from £2.00 applies to orders shipping to UNITED KINGDOM. We do not ship outside of UK at this time.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ruth Beck Art is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original

condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ruthbeckart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
